• The general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hospitality as well as the house rules, especially for utilization of sauna world and pool area, are valid and exclusively agreed upon. There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts.
• Your reservation has to be guaranteed via credit card (Master- / VisaCard) or prepayment.
• Non refundable rates have to be fully pre-paid on the day of the reservation and cannot be modified. In case of a cancellation or no show 100% will be charged.
• All rooms are non smoking rooms.
• Our rooms can be used by 1 or maximum 2 persons with a minimum age of 18 years.
• Twin beds or additional beds are not available
• Guest with direct bookings profit from all Toscanina-Included-Services.
• The consumption of our hotel features and services, as well as the utilization of our pool area or sauna world is permitted to our registered overnight guests only.
• Our guests can take advantage of special benefits in the Parktherme hot thermal SPA.
• Use of the locked bike garage. We recommend to sign a bicycle insurance, because the value of contemporary bikes can exceed law limitations of warranty.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed on this reservation.
• We cannot accommodate pets or children.
• To avoid unnecessary expenses and anger on fees for cancellation or termination we recommend concluding a travel insurance, either the Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance at our Partner Europäische Reiseversicherung. With signing your insurance on the day of your reservation, you will benefit from immediate validity without waiting period. Please ensure that your potentially existing travel insurance covers any potential case.
